Hottie Paks are a revolutionary new warming pack to heat your body when the temperature is too cold. You can use this product to warm your hands, back, neck, bottom, shoulders, and even your face and they last 20 minutes in the smaller sizes and up to 90 minutes in the larger sizes. They are great to use at any event where it's hard to stay warm. You can also use the heat pack to place on a spot that has pain or soreness, a lot of the time in the lower back and neck.
If the Hottie Pak is at room temperature and the insides are liquid and not crystallized then you simply press the button to activate the product. Once activated the food safe chemicals inside the medical grade vinyl packaging crystallizes but remains flexible. Instantly the Hottie Pak becomes warm up to a temperature of 130 degrees F. If it's too hot then you can put a t-shirt or a towel around the pack and insulate the temperature. To ready the Hottie Pak for its next activation you simply boil the whole package in water for 5 to 10 minutes until it decrystallizes. Now the Hottie Pak is ready to be activated. The Hottie Paks can be used hundreds of times and comes with a warranty. No longer do you have to buy one time use hand or body warmers but simply a one in a lifetime purchase for this great product.
The cold packs are as simple to use as the hot packs. They require 1 to 2 hours in the freezer to become cold and they are ready for use. The greatest feature is the cold pack still remains flexible while other products become a solid brick. You can use the cold packs to stay cool on a hot day or reduce swelling and inflammation. They are also great after plastic or reconstructive surgery.
Lifetime Warranty
Our standard warranty covers manufacturer defects that prevent heat packs from crystallizing and heating as advertised. We do not cover product failure resulting from improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence on the part of the distributor or consumer.
How Long It Lasts: If your item is new and has a Hottie Paks manufacturer's warranty, it begins the day you purchased the item and lasts for the life of the product.
What Is Covered: Manufacturer defects that prevent heat packs from crystallizing and heating as advertised. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of your item for a replacement.
How The Coverage Works: Hottie Paks replaces defective item(s) only.
What Is Not Covered: Improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence. Accessories that are not purchased from Hottie Paks that could damage the product. Microwaving or freezing heat pack. Accidental Damage: We do not cover items that are accidentally damaged - such as puncture damage, improper storage (not in a cool area) and shipping damage
